With annual global production of 50 million tons, you find onions in nearly every kitchen around the world, and there is not a master chef today who would be without onions. In a certain sort of way, it is a universal language that is understood by a myriad of various peoples and cultures. Onions are a commodity to which many of us may have not given much thought. ERC machinery manufactures machinery for mainly large scale mechanized producers and handlers of dry onions, green top onions, shallots and onion sets.
